Consistent Accounting firm looking for opportunistic owner to take over

We have taken this business from setup phase through to stable operation, and it now runs on tested routines. That didn’t happen by accident, it came from tightening the operations, building a repeat customer base that returns because the experience is consistent. The business is trading profitably with verifiable revenue and earnings, and I’m comfortable sharing the numbers with serious buyers. My reason for selling is purely strategic, I’m narrowing my focus and can’t continue giving this the attention it deserves.

​ The biggest strength here is operational clarity. Staffing needs are well understood. That makes weekly planning much easier than in loosely run firms. A new owner doesn’t need to redesign, just continue and optimise. There are Accountants in the business willing to stay on.
